Stack layer 01 · Sensing

Capture the physics.

Reliable decisions begin with reliable measurements. The sensing layer acquires trustworthy physical information about the condition of a material, component, or structure, and hands it to the rest of the stack in a form the other layers can build on.

Modalities

One architecture above many sensing methods.

Sondera does not bet the company on a single physics. The stack is designed so each modality plugs into the same edge, intelligence, and automation layers, and we say plainly how mature each one is.

Beyond the transducer

Sensing is a system, not a probe.

A measurement is only as good as the scanning geometry, the calibration, and the protocol behind it. The sensing layer covers everything required to make a measurement trustworthy and repeatable, so the layers above it never have to compensate for physics that was lost at acquisition.
